The standard, by default available recycling program within West Windsor unfortunately does not allow for the proper recycling of alkaline batteries of any kind. While recycling and waste separation is a law in New Jersey (source/info here), West Windsor through the Mercer County Improvement Authority only offer standard single stream recycling option through its bi-weekly pickup cycle.
